The Vanderpump Rules cast member spent the Fourth of July alongside Sophia and other Bravolebrities.
Tom Schwartz kicked off the holiday weekend with all the essentials: delicious food; poolside fun; beautiful fireworks; and, perhaps most importantly, good company.
The Vanderpump Rules cast member shared a peek at his festivities in a July 4 Instagram post that showed him and his girlfriend, Sophia Skoro, hanging out with their friends. The Story was originally posted by The Valley’s Zack Wickham, who posed with the couple alongside his castmate and Vanderpump Rules alum Kristen Doute.

As indicated in previous Stories, the Bravo crossover went down at the home of Lori Krebs, a Los Angeles-based public relations specialist who represents multiple Bravolebs. Subsequent Instagrams captured Tom, Sophia, Kristen, and Zack hanging out in Lori’s kitchen along with her family. Lori also posted some footage of her backyard pool and a stunning fireworks display.
When did Tom and Sophia meet?
Tom and Sophia met roughly a year ago and became official in late 2023.
“We didn’t hang out for a few months. … We exchanged numbers but we never really hung out for a while,” Tom said during the April 16 episode of The Viall Files podcast.
“Once we went on a dinner date, you couldn’t get away from me,” Sophia added.
Tom’s girlfriend, Sophia, has a connection to Zack Wickham
Shortly after the couple confirmed their relationship, Zack revealed he and Sophia went way back and now consider each other “best friends.”
“I knew her before they even met, which is crazy,” Zack told The Daily Dish in early June. “I love them together.”
While Zack clearly approved of the relationship, some Bravo viewers were quick to slam the couple’s 18-year age gap. Zack dismissed criticism during his chat with The Daily Dish, insisting Tom and Sophia had natural chemistry.
“Tom needs to just admit though, like stop trying to say you want to grow up. Like just be you,” he explained. “Find somebody that matches your energy or who you are.”
Zack says Tom and Sophia are on “the same page”
Zack said Tom and Sophia share the same “energy” and appear to want the same things; but that wasn’t the case with Tom and his his ex-wife, Katie Maloney. Zack said the former spouses “couldn’t get on the same page because they were just growing in separate directions.”
“That happens,” he continued. “But with Sophia and him, they’re very much on, like, the same page of what they like and they’re hanging out together because Sophia likes to go out.”
