Lucky And Liz Were A Letdown On February 18 General Hospital

LL2 took a major step in their relationship.

As couples across Port Charles celebrated Valentine’s Day, it was Lucky and Elizabeth’s celebration that was the biggest letdown on the February 18, 2025 episode of General Hospital.

Not-So-Lucky

When Lucky arrived at Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) house on Valentine’s Day, he looked a little different. With Jonathan Jackson temporarily out, Guy Wilson stepped into the role. Wilson is no stranger to recasts, having previously taken over the role of Will on Days of our Lives from Chandler Massey.

After Lucky and Elizabeth wished Aiden (Colin Cassidy) and Tobias (GH newbie Charlie Besso) a Happy Valentine’s Day, they were left home alone with just a cake Aiden baked. Sharing cake turned into much more, and when Lucky noted that Elizabeth was as beautiful as the day he met her, he went in for a kiss that Elizabeth happily received. This would have marked a major LL2 moment had it not been for the Lucky swap.

Of course, things couldn’t end there. Once Lucky left, Elizabeth realized he forgot his slice of cake. Assuming the knock on the door was him, she opened the door to Cyrus (Jeff Kober), who was last seen filling a syringe with digitalis.

Love Is In The Air

Meanwhile, at The Savoy, several couples gathered to celebrate V-Day. Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) introduced Lucas (Van Hansis) to the model he was being set up with, but when things went south, Lucas aided his loneliness by sharing a drink with Brad (Parry Shen).

Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) took Trina (Tabyana Ali) to the club. Unbeknownst to him, her father owns the place. When Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) showed up, he surprised his wife by hopping on stage and singing a song.

As for another currently-separated supercouple, after Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) had a heart-to-heart about their son, they wound up in a cute cupcake fight that ended with frosting on Dante’s face, and the pair mere inches apart.
