Tulsa King season 3 has just upped three cast members to become series regulars. Created by Taylor Sheridan, the hit Paramount+ crime drama premiered in 2022, following Sylvester Stallone’s Dwight “The General” Manfredi as he establishes his criminal empire in the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma. After returning for a successful sophomore outing last September, which saw Dwight dealing with an array of new allies and enemies, Tulsa King season 3 is now confirmed to be in the works, with production currently underway.
As production continues on the new episodes, TVLine reports that Chris Caldovino, McKenna Quigley Harrington, and Mike “Cash Flo” Walden will be series regulars in Tulsa King season 3. Caldovino appears in the show as Goodie, who left his New York crime family to join forces with Dwight, while Harrington plays Grace, a key figure in Dwight’s marijuana business. Finally, Walden plays Bigfoot, an enforcer who also happens to be Mitch’s cousin.
What Tulsa King’s Cast Update Means For Season 3
How Season 2 Sets Up Dwight’s Story Moving Forward
The Tulsa King season 2 finale features Dwight, after celebrating becoming a legitimate operation, being kidnapped by an unknown figure and his goons. This figure tells Dwight that he now works for them, just before a cut to black. With Goodie, Grace, and Bigfoot all now set to play larger roles in season 3, this could speak to the ways in which Dwight’s new predicament begins to affect all members of his crew. If Dwight is now working for the authorities, for example, this could have major repercussions on those around him.
The report that Caldovino, Harrington, and Walden will be series regulars in the Tulsa King cast in season 3 follows confirmation that several new actors are joining for the new episodes. Robert Patrick will appear in season 3 in series regular status as Jeremiah Dunmire, who is described as a powerful figure in the liquor business. Beau Knapp, who will also be a series regular, will play Cole, Jeremiah’s spoiled son. Finally, Bella Heathcote has joined the show as Cleo Montague, a distillery owner’s daughter. How these figures factor into Dwight’s predicament, however, remains to be seen.
Our Take On Tulsa King Season 3’s Cast Promotions
New Characters Could Be About To Shine
Though Stallone’s Dwight is obviously the central figure in Tulsa King, the characters that surround him are a big part of the reason why the show has been so successful. Harrington’s Grace emerged as a standout in season 2, and it will be exciting to see this character explored with more depth moving forward, especially since she has become a more important figure in Dwight’s operation. Both Goodie and Bigfoot, too, could end up becoming more integral to Dwight’s story as he finds himself manipulated by outside forces.
Tulsa King is also, however, a show that hasn’t been afraid to kill off important characters. With Grace, Goodie, and Bigfoot all poised to play bigger roles moving forward, that could also put them more at risk in any potential future seasons. Many questions remain about exactly how these three characters will factor into Dwight’s story in Tulsa King season 3, but the show is evidently set to feature some exciting new elements when it returns.
