Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) lashed out at Kristina (Kate Mansi) for causing the accident, thinking she needed to be held accountable this time. But when Kristina explained that her going to prison would destroy her family on top of what they’ve already been through, Lucky decided not to turn her in and instead go check out Ric’s (Rick Hears) car, which he learned had already been compounded.

Ava informed Ric about the cut brake lines and they realized the accident was meant for Ava and not Ric. But before Ric could call the police, Ava wondered if they could use this information to their advantage.

Brennan (Chris McKenna) informed Anna (Finola Hughes) that the ADA is after her, then she met with Jason (Steve Burton) to let him know they need to be more discreet about their friendship.

When Josslyn (Eden McCoy) came home, she confronted her Carly (Laura Wright) about her relationship with Brennan, then Jason had a questionable look when she talked about her trip to Easter Island.

After Alexis told Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) what Kristina did, Diane realized her friend’s only option was to have her daughter committed to keep her out of prison. Alexis agreed and asked Diane to draw up the paperwork.

Elsewhere, Kai shared with Curtis his plans to take Drew up on his offer for surgery, and Curtis warned him that all isn’t what it seems with Drew, while Portia told Brad (Parry Shen) she needs him to access every inch of Drew’s medical records.
