Drastic times call for drastic measures.
Alexis has been pulled in different directions with her daughters for months, and on the April 11, 2025 episode of General Hospital, she’s making a decision that will drastically change one’s life.
Daughter Dearest
Time and again, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has been accused of catering to Kristina (Kate Mansi) no matter what her other daughters needed. Molly (Kristen Vaganos) has called her out on it several times, and now, Alexis is still saving the day for her middle child, even if it is a drastic decision.
Ava (Maura West) is holding Kristina’s latest crime — tampering with Ric’s brakes and causing the life-threatening accident — over Alexis until she hands over the Cassadine fortune. Torn over how to save her daughter and not give into Ava’s demands, Alexis turned to Diane (Carolyn Hennesy), who had only one option: have Kristina committed.
Alexis immediately shot the idea down, but when Diane explained that being sent to Ferncliff was the best way to keep Kristina from a stint in Pentonville, Alexis slowly realized that her daughter needs more than just legal help.
“Do it,” Alexis finally told Diane. “Draw up the papers and have Kristina committed.”
The People vs. Drillow
Also having daughter(-in-law) problems today was Carly (Laura Wright), who tore into Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) the second she found out she was moving herself and the kids into Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) new house. Their fight escalated to the point where Carly was threatening to take Wiley (Viron Weaver) from Willow and Willow referred to her ex-husband as “absent Michael” despite the fact Michael (Chad Duell) is only away due to his burn injuries.
When things became Willow and Drew vs. L Carly, Nina (Cynthia Watros) called Jason (Steve Burton) for backup, who showed up just in time to stop Carly from slapping her former daughter-in-law.
