Big Brother 26 Live Feeds: Tucker Gets His Groove Back

Monday was a tough day for Tucker in the Big Brother house. Veto meeting, flipped allies, and a withering showmance. The punches kept landing and Tucker was soon feeling up against the ropes, but would it last?

After finding out his perceived ally and F2 Angela had been turned against him under the flimsy pressure applied by Makensy, well the walls started closing in. Pile on that for Tucker to soon find out T’kor had gone her own way and renom’d Angela instead of Leah, Tucker was really starting to feel like his path forward was eroding for the Instigator. At least he could lean back on his flirtmance turning showmance Rubina, right? Oops.

Yeah, even Rubina was starting to question what she had feeling with Tucker after hearing a lot of stories from around the house. Rubina was left wondering if Tucker had been insincere but despite his reassurances we could see the distance growing.

All of that was leading Tucker on Monday to tell HGs he was effectively throwing in the towel and felt ready to go. But how long would that “down and out” attitude last him? Turns out it was about a day. Sure, it’s okay to feel down, but what did ol’ Bruce Wayne learn? Pick yourself back up again!

By Tuesday morning Tucker had decided that he was not ready to roll over after all. Things had been improving w ith Rubina and they even had shared a kiss in front of the other HGs on Monday, so with that on the mend it seemed like Tucker’s spirits were back in proper order.

Talking with Rubina, T’kor, and Kimo, Tucker was encouraged by Kimo to win the Arena so they could figure out how to keep Angela over Makensy. Tucker said no problem and with that he was back. Rubina noticed and questioned if he was ready to fight again. With his Arena threats being Angela and Makensy Tucker said, yeah, he was feeling pretty good about his odds.

This will be Tucker’s third appearance in the Arena after Weeks 2 & 3. Can he pull off another victory? If it’s more a mental competition than physical speed, it’d be a more level field but we just saw that bizarre puzzle comp last week so if things are cycling again then a speed comp would be to Tucker’s advantage. Of course Makensy is no slouch and won her speed comp over Rubina the other week. This could be a tough one for Tucker.

If Tucker wins then we’ll get an interesting match up of Angela and Makensy, but I’m not saying this will be a slam dunk for him over Makensy. Of course the real surprise win would be Angela, but she’s got two HOHs under her belt which makes me think anything is possible this week!

It’ll be a shame on the entertainment factor of things to lose either Tucker or Angela. What do you think the HGs will do in the upcoming vote with these various matchups?
