Cyrus Confessed, Claimed Another Victim On February 19 General Hospital

Someone’s luck has run out.

After Cyrus confessed to all of the digitalis deaths, things took a deadly turn on the February 19, 2025 episode of General Hospital.

The Lord’s Work

After opening the door to Cyrus (Jeff Kober), Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) couldn’t keep him from coming in or needing to know why she’d been asking questions about him. She managed to play him, saying it was Lucky (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) who suspected him, and she had hoped to clear him.

She acted understanding when he revealed that comatose patients were suffering and that it was his job to set them free. And she noted how Martin (Michael E. Knight) told her about their mother, and Cyrus blamed his brother for making their mother suffer all these years.

When Elizabeth asked why he killed Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco), Cyrus admitted it was payback for the liver transplant. The transplant would only keep Lulu (Alexa Havins) alive in her coma, not end her suffering. As for Dex (Evan Hofer), Cyrus revealed he had to keep him quiet, then flashed back to snipping off the medical bracelet from Dex’s corpse in the morgue (good to see you on screen, Evan!).

Just Another Heartbreak

Cyrus thanked Elizabeth for being so understanding about it all, then assumed she would understand why things had to end this way as he pulled out a syringe of digitalis and went after her.

Before he could stick her with the syringe, Lucky barged in and ordered him to get away from her. When Elizabeth ran away, Cyrus noted this would be even better before lunging at Lucky. After a moment fighting over the syringe, Cyrus stuck it in Lucky’s thigh.

With the video preview for February 20 teasing Elizabeth giving Lucky chest compressions and begging him to stay with her, do you think he’ll survive the fatal injection? Let us know in the comments.
