1. Who Is Kelly Reilly’s Husband?
Reilly’s husband, Kyle Baugher, is a New York-based financier. He hasn’t publicly discussed his career, but thanks to his LinkedIn profile, I do know that he studied history at Princeton University. As it turns out, the businessman was also athletic. He was part of the school’s lacrosse team, and the coach referred to him as their “MVP.” In an article posted to Princeton’s athletics page in 2002, Baugher spoke about switching from offense to defense in college.
He said, “When I was recruited, I was an offensive middie. After the fall, I had a meeting with Coach Tierney. We talked about what I was doing well, and I was surprised by how well I was fitting in defensively. He told me that it would be a way to get on the field.”
2. How Did Reilly and Baugher Meet?
In November 2024, when Reilly appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show, she revealed that they first met at a wedding.
Reilly recalled, “We met at his brother’s wedding. I was [with] a girlfriend of mine [and] I was in California at the time. There was this wedding in Marfa, Texas and she said, ‘Do you want to go on a road trip?’ and I was like, ‘Yes.’ Her boyfriend was out of town so I got to be the plus one.”
She continued, “I thought he was Texan, the wedding was in Texas…he’s from Long Island. He’s the love of my life. The most beautiful thing that’s ever happened to me is my marriage.”
3. When Did They Get Married?
After dating long distance, the happy couple tied the knot on June 5, 2012, in Somerset, England. Neither have publicly shared details about their wedding day, but according to Hello! magazine, Reilly donned an ivory gown that featured buttons down the front, lace cap sleeves and a satin band at the waist. Meanwhile, Kyle wore a beige suit jacket with navy trousers and a gingham bow tie.
To celebrate their 11-year anniversary, Reilly posted a heartwarming tribute to Baugher on Instagram. The post, which included a carousel of desert pics, has since been deleted, but it read, “We were married in Somerset, England, surrounded by the countryside I love. This morning, exactly 11 years later, in Utah with you, surrounded by rock, wild desert flowers and Navajo willows. Mary Olivers poem for you today (thank you, thank you).”
4. Do They Have Children?
As of now, the couple don’t share any children, but they do share a schnauzer dog. Reilly has shared pics with the adorable pup on her Instagram page. For instance, in 2018, she posted a photo of herself cuddling her dog against a scenic outdoor background and wrote, “In the wilds with the most least wild creature I know.”
5. Has Reilly Had Any Previous Marriages?
Reilly hasn’t had any previous marriages, but she was reportedly engaged to Israeli actor Jonah Lotan, whom she started dating in 2006. Per The Telegraph, Lotan first approached her at a bar in New York and they hit it off after going out to dinner. However, it’s unclear when they parted ways.
