What if Finn and Liz aren’t on the same page when it comes to their future?
On the Thursday Leap Day 2024 episode of General Hospital, spoilers focus on intense interactions, including one couple who have a discussion about the future. Don’t miss this episode.
At A Crossroads?
Lately, Finn (Michael Easton, who talks Finn and Liz here) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) are in a mostly decent place. That malpractice lawsuit against Finn went bust. However, he’s dealing with his father’s illness while both of them are raising kids. But with three growing boys and her gig as the newest Head Nurse at GH, Liz is booked and busy.
Having said all of that, Finn and Liz have sort of settled into a peaceful relationship devoid of much drama. Yet, when life throws obstacles in their way, they manage to work their way through it. So, is this why they have a discussion about their future? Is one of them ready for more? Will they, ultimately make any decisions based on this conversation?
The Peacemaker
After Carly (Laura Wright) fills in Sonny (Maurice Benard) on her run-in with John (Adam J. Harrington), guess it’s time for another Sonny/Jagger confrontation. There’s no way the mobster’s happy John told Carly about the string of mob murders around the country and in Port Charles. You have to know how Sonny’s probably feeling right about now: Betrayed, furious, and wanting to take his thunderstorm of emotions out on something or someone.
Maybe someone who can help him curb these tendencies is Sonny’s son, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). Because teasers suggest that he tries to play peacemaker. The key word here is “tries.” Let’s hope whomever he attempts to play peacemaker for appreciates the fact he, once again, unselfishly offered his help.
Comfort Versus Conflict
Meanwhile, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) may be focused on planning their wedding, but that doesn’t mean they’re not able to take the time for a serious talk or two. When Brook Lynn has to reassure Chase, does this have to do with Gregory (Gregory Harrison) and his ALS? What words of comfort will she have for her fiancé?
Finally, look for Brook Lynn’s mother and grandmother to share anything but a serene, peaceful, comforting exchange with each other. Yes, Lois (Rena Sofer) takes it upon herself to have it out with Tracy (Jane Elliot), even though Tracy has tried to be on her best behavior. That can only last so long, right? Which formidable woman will be standing after the dust settles?
