On the next GH, Dante opens up while Molly and Kristina do what they do best and bicker in the wake of Sam’s death. Meanwhile, Maxie and Spinelli deal with a parenting challenge.
In addition to Sam’s loved ones acting out in the wake of her unexpected death, General Hospital spoilers for Friday, November 1, focus on Rocco feeling guilty while Robert wrestles with his past.
Pure Pain
Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) has had the weight of the world on his shoulders over the last few months and weeks. But now his world has imploded with the death of the woman he asked to marry him shortly before she died. He had every reason to be happy. Sam (an exiting Kelly Monaco) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) made it out of surgery. But now he has to face this tragic loss.
Undoubtedly, Dante will attempt to stay strong for his son, who’s worried about his mom. What’s more, he knows he’ll have to stay strong for Scout (Cosette Abinante) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), who just lost their mother. But look for Dante to open up to his father. Will Sonny (Maurice Benard) be able to help him with his grief and his anger?
Guilt and Anger
Emotions obviously will flow freely in the wake of Sam’s death. Rocco (Finn Francis Carr) has to be conflicted. He will probably be sad one second and hopeful the next since his mom is still holding on strong. And, of course, he recently struggled with being happy for his dad, who asked how he felt about his marrying Sam. Rocco wanted to know, ‘What about Mom?’ Can Rocco prevent his guilt from overwhelming him so he can be there for his dad, Danny, and Scout?
Meanwhile, what are Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) busy doing? They’re bickering, of course. They couldn’t even get their acts together to be there for their sister at the hospital. Why can’t they put a pin in their resentments and rage and be there for their mother? And for each other? For them, the guilt might flare up any minute now.
Not so Perfect Past or Parents
Who knew Robert (Tristan Rogers) would be dealing with a newfound daughter at this point in his life? Of course, anything can happen with Holly (Emma Samms) around. Her presence and the news she dropped in his lap have triggered him to wrestle with his past. What will he conclude?
Finally, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) have to face a parenting challenge. It looks like this one may involve Georgie (Lily Fisher) rather than James (Gary James Fuller). In the preview for Friday’s episode, they don’t want her to be in too much of a hurry to grow up. What happened that made them need this family moment to talk?
