Is Trina trying to get Joss and Dex back together?

General Hospital spoilers for the Tuesday, April 16 episode focus on realizations, relationships, and revelations. You won’t want to miss this episode.

Best Intentions

Trina (Tabyana Ali) continues her grieving and, hopefully, healing journey as she navigates life without Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Ever since his “death”, she has mostly turned to her family for support. Her relationship with Joss (Eden McCoy) has been a tad rocky, but they’ve worked it out. Meanwhile, Joss and Dex (Evan Hofer) are on the outs and she’s skeptical about his suddenly becoming a cop.

Look for Trina to question Joss and Dex about their relationship. What answers are the exes ready to give her? Will Trina’s questions help set them on a path back to each other? Furthermore, does Trina want to help her bestie because she wants one of them to be happy? Because right now that emotion isn’t within her grasp.

Realizations and Compromising Situations

Laura (Genie Francis) and Anna (Finola Hughes) interestingly come to a mutual realization. Does this have to do with Sonny (Maurice Benard)? Because Anna finds out about Agent Cates’s (Adam J. Harrington) altercation and Laura is supposed to suggest Cyrus (Jeff Kober) press charges against Sonny for the assault. The assault that both feel was a step too far for Sonny to do. Hold up — are Laura and Anna going after Sonny?

Elsewhere, it looks like Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) may have to sharpen their compromising skills if they’re going to have a successful marriage. After Brook Lynn’s informative one-on-one session with Tracy (Jane Elliot), she turns to her groom-to-be for an honest convo about money. Will this discussion escalate, or can they resolve their issues without drama?

Support System

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is in the midst of a career pivot. While Finn (Michael Easton) is dealing with his father’s illness. It makes sense for the two to turn to each other for support. After all, they are friends, they both have dealt with their addictions, and they share history. What kind of support is going on here?

Finally, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Gregory (Gregory Harrison) find themselves knee-deep in discussion when Elizabeth opens up to Gregory. What does she open up to Gregory about? Her relationship with Finn? What Jake (Hudson West) is currently going through with his father back in town? Gregory’s illness? What will these two chat about?
