Home and Away fans are just about done with one main character, with many saying Eden (played by Stephanie Panozzo) needs to… well grow up, basically.
This isn’t the first time fans have complained about Eden, who this week reacted very erratically to her estranged father landing in Summer Bay, even punching her brother Levi (Tristan Gorey) in the face over it. Normal behaviour.
Previously fans have taken umbrage with Eden over the fact she can’t mind her own business, got way too entangled in her brother’s affair and relationship with Mac (Emily Weir) and also the fact she didn’t have a job and seems to have nothing to do (tbh, sounds like the dream, have we ever thought about the fact she’s filling the void Colleen left???).
Now with her father James ‘Jimmy’ Fowler (Aaron Jeffrey) descending onto Summer Bay much to Eden’s outrage, it appears she’s not ready to bury the hatchet over her father’s affair many moons ago that broke up her family. Kinda weird she’s still caught up on his sex life, but OK sis. Pop off, queen.
After she spotted her dad, Eden went over to her brother’s house and punched him in the face over it, before telling him that he was ‘enjoying’ the hurt their father being in the Bay was causing her. Because it’s Summer Bay, no one goes to therapy, so Eden started swigging beers in the middle of the day while complaining to her boyfriend Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) about how hard her life is.
Cash always looks quite tired.
Home and Away fans have same complaint about Eden: ‘Move on’
Home and Away fans are a little over Eden’s bratty ways, with some saying she needs to “get a life”.
“Omg l’m so over her and her ways… can we just be done with her BS already,” one person complained. “Eden doesn’t work, she’s idle and pokes her nose in everyone’s affairs. She needs to get a life,” another said.
“I absolutely can’t stand Eden anymore this cheating story is so, so irritating now,” another said. “Like move on, Eden grow up, stop whining like a child, damn it’s been years.” “Build a bridge and get over it Eden, it’s been years since your Dad cheated and your brother cheating has nothing to do with you,” another fan agreed. “Life is too short to hold grudges.”
“Writers need to look at making Eden a better person,” someone else stated.
Well, if anything, I think we can all agree if people are that over Eden and find her intolerable, then Stephanie Panozzo is doing a fantastic acting job.
