General Hospital’s Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is very quickly spiraling out of control since his father, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) passed away.
Finn is certainly not paying adequate attention to his young daughter, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) either.
Is The Show Working Up To Michael Easton’s Latest Exit?
Fans of General Hospital are aware that throughout the previous thirteen years, Michael has portrayed a number of roles on the program. After One Life To Live was canceled in 2011, Easton joined the program.
Easton has portrayed Silas Clay, Caleb Morley, John McBain, Stephen Clay, and now Hamilton Finn since then. Regretfully, Finn hasn’t had much luck dating women.
Prior to his unintentional champagne drink at Harrison Chase’s wedding, Finn was doing well. Ever since, Finn appears to be looking for any reason to open a bottle.
When Finn noticed he had a bottle of bourbon, he opened it and took a sip. Chase even saw Finn cover up his vodka with breath mints.
Could Hamilton Finn Turn Back To Drugs?
Alcohol wasn’t Finn’s drug of choice in the beginning. Finn was originally addicted to pain pills because he suffered from a disease he contracted while working with Doctors Without Borders.
Finn finally found a cure, but he had to deal with his addiction and others framing him for drug use after he stopped.
Elizabeth walked in on Finn with another woman and was completely furious with him. Elizabeth is not going to put up with Finn acting this way when she has been nothing but good to him.
Elizabeth is trying to be a good girlfriend and support Finn while he mourns his father but he is not going to walk all over her.
How Will Hamilton Finn Exit?
If Finn is leaving there are a few ways he could do that. One, of course, would be to leave town with his daughter and start over somewhere else.
It is very improbable, though, that Liz and Chase will consent to that. Will Chase or Liz attempt to get custody of Violet until Finn receives the necessary assistance? Will they make Finn attend treatment?
Finn might also have an accident if he goes out after drinking. Finn might hit someone, kill them, and then serve a manslaughter sentence in jail. Finn might get into a mishap and perish.
Finn might be required to enter rehab due to an issue that also arises at work. Do you believe Finn is about to leave through that door?
