Asked if he had DM’d Rihanna, Jesse Lally said, “Oh yeah, 100 percent.”
It’s no secret that singer and actress Rihanna is a Bravo superfan, and that includes her currently being “obsessed” with The Valley.
Jesse Lally, like his fellow castmates, has taken note of the attention the pop goddess and businesswoman has paid to the show on and off the red carpet. In fact, he’s actually reached out about it.
“She hasn’t responded to my DMs, so just make sure you get that to her,” Jesse joked in an interview with The Daily Dish.
Asked if he had actually DM’d Rihanna, Jesse said, “Oh yeah, 100 percent. I said, ‘I saw the red carpet, thank you for your support.’”
Jesse Lally’s Message for Rihanna
Rihanna has previously gone on record about watching Real Housewives franchises. She’s also acknowledged being a fan of Vanderpump Rules and Shahs of Sunset.
In 2022, Rihanna was asked by a reporter how she “passed the time during maternity leave.” She replied: “Anything that starts with ‘The Real Housewives of’… Give me a reality show and I’m watching it. I freakin’ love reality TV.”
Just a year later, Rihanna bumped into Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Kyle Richards during a trip in Aspen, Colorado. Kyle immortalized the meeting on Instagram.
More recently, Rihanna revealed that she avidly watches The Valley, airing Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
She made the revelation to GlossAngeles podcast host Kirbie Johnson, who’d asked if she watches the new series, US Weekly reported. “Oh, my God, I feel attacked! How do you know this?” she said.
But Rihanna, who has two kids, doubled down on her appreciation for the show: “I really am enjoying The Valley. They’re all parents but they’re all f-cking crazy at the same time. I can relate, totally.”
Asked by The Daily Dish if he’d seen the Rihanna moment, Jesse said yes.
“I did,” he said, adding that “it was super funny” to see her shouting everyone out.
Jesse admitted he felt compelled to DM her to thank her for her support. So far, his DMs haven’t sparked a response from Rihanna.
“She hasn’t responded to my DMs, so just make sure you get that to her,” he joked.
Shortly before the series premiere of The Valley, news broke that he and Michelle Saniei Lally were ending their marriage.
Today, Jesse and Michelle, who are parents to a 4-year-old daughter, Isabella Bunny, have moved on. They are now both seeing other people. Jesse has confirmed he’s dating philanthropist Lacy Nicole. Michelle is seeing financial advisor Aaron Nosler.
