Katie Maloney, Ariana Madix, Lala Kent, Ally Lewber, and Scheana Shay referred to their clique the Spice Girls on Vanderpump Rules Season 11, but it looks like two of the members are leaving the girl group behind.
After the Season 11 reunion taped in March 2024, Lala began teasing that she had a falling-out with both Ariana and Katie — and she later unfollowed them both on Instagram.
On the April 30 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the Something About Her co-owners addressed the rumors that Ariana “eviscerated” Lala at the reunion, and they weighed in on the Instagram unfollowing drama.
Katie and Ariana React to Lala Kent Unfollowing Them on Instagram
On WWHL, host Andy Cohen asked if there was a reason why Lala unfollowed Katie and Ariana on Instagram after the reunion taped.
“I don’t know,” Ariana said, but Katie offered more of an explanation.
“Apparently she needed to even out her followers to match how many people [she follows]. She says she has two point something million [followers], so she needed to match,” Katie said, as Andy looked confused. “Dude, I have no idea.”
“That’s what she said,” Ariana confirmed.
“And you two were the fall guys?” Andy asked.
“I guess so,” Ariana added.
Katie was correct in her assessment, as Lala confirmed during an Amazon Live stream in April that she unfollowed the business partners to even out her ratio.
“I have 2.4 [million followers] and then it was like, following 227,” Lala explained. “[And] it bothers me when that number isn’t kind of consistent. So I went in to see who I could unfollow and they were the two that I seemed to not be that interested in following any longer.”

After the Vanderpump Rules cast gathered to film the forthcoming Season 11 reunion, rumors began circulating online that Ariana “eviscerated” Lala.
Ariana addressed the speculation on WWHL.
“I will tease that I did not eviscerate anyone whatsoever,” the Love Island USA host said.
“Did anyone get eviscerated?” Katie wondered, and Ariana responded, “I don’t think so.”
“No,” Andy agreed. “You know, it was an interesting vibe at this reunion. We were talking about it during the commercial break. I mean, it had to be calmer than the last reunion… But it was still really intense, but it wasn’t screaming, which was interesting.”
“It felt like a real heavy day,” Ariana said, and Katie added that it was “very changing and altering, for sure.”
