The ‘Watermelon Moonshine’ singer last appeared on the show in 2022.

Lainey Wilson has made a triumphant return to Yellowstone’s Dutton Ranch—and fans can’t get over how much has changed over the past few years.

Wilson, who appeared in several episodes of the Western series a few years back, found her way back to the show for the finale that aired on Sunday, Dec. 15. And she rocked a whole new look that had fans barely able to recognize her.

Wilson, 32, reprised her role as Abby on Sunday night’s episode, during which her character reunited with love interest Ryan (Ian Bohen) after going their separate ways in Season 5.

Despite having a fuller figure in her first appearance on the show back in 2022, Wilson flaunted her super-toned bod in the finale episode, making some fans do a double-take.

The “Watermelon Moonshine” songstress—who has been dominating the country music industry during her time away from Yellowstone—previously opened up about her weight loss, clearing up the rumors that she used special gummies to shed pounds.

“Alright, y’all. By now I’m sure a lot of y’all have seen some ads about me losing weight, being hospitalized, and then I started taking some weight loss gummies and blah blah blah, that saved my life. Well surprise, it ain’t true,’ she said in a video posted to Instagram in June 2023.

“People will do whatever to make a dollar, even if it is lies,” she continued at the time. “Cause ain’t nobody sent me any gummies.”

The “Heart Like a Truck” artist also addressed the commentary about how her body has changed, telling fans, “If I have lost weight, it’s because I am working hard and playing hour and a half shows and running around every night of my life.”

Wilson also declared, “And to be honest, losing weight or gaining weight ain’t got anything to do with my music.”
