Along with Sistine, Jennifer, 55, and Sylvester are parents to daughters Scarlet, 22, and Sophia, 27. The Rambo actor also has two sons, Seargeoh, 44, and Sage, who died on July 13, 2012, with ex-wife Sasha Czack.

While speaking with PEOPLE in February, Jennifer shared that her daughters, including Sistine, are focusing on “behind-the-scenes” entertainment work.

“Sistine is continually working on her script that she’s developing, and so she has her own thing and then she and Sophia also have their podcast [Unwaxed with Sophia & Sistine Stallone] together,” she said. “They love working on that. They write it direct it, produce it, they edit it — they do everything for it.”

The family matriarch told PEOPLE that she’s “very proud” of all her kids.

“I was a very hands-on mom, so I saw them become the women that they are today. I’m very proud of them. I am extremely happy with what decisions they’re making, and I couldn’t be a prouder mom,” she said.
