Sylvester Stallone is an action icon, but he’s also famously a family man with several children and a talented younger brother. Here’s everything there is to know about the cinematic heavyweight’s clan.

Of course, Sly’s kid brother, Frank Stallone, is an accomplished musician. Frank composed music for Sylvester’s films. One of his notable songs, “Far from Over,” was featured in the 1983 movie Staying Alive and included on the film’s official soundtrack album.

On May 5, 1976, Stallone and his then-wife Sasha Czack celebrated the arrival of their first child, Sage Moonblood Stallone. Sage appeared to inherit his father’s acting chops and even portrayed Rocky’s son in the film Rocky V.

After a year of studying filmmaking at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Sage made his way back to Los Angeles. It was there that he had the opportunity to act alongside his father in the 1996 film Daylight.

Sage co-founded his own distribution company, Grindhouse Releasing, which focused on cult films. On July 13, 2012, Sage was found dead in his home at 36 years old. An autopsy revealed that he died from a form of heart disease.

Seargeoh Stallone, the second child of Stallone, came into the world in 1979. Like his older brother, Seargeoh made his mark in the “Rocky” franchise, portraying Rocky Balboa’s baby son in the 1979 movie Rocky II.

At the age of three, Seargeoh was diagnosed with autism. In 1985, Stallone and Czack initiated a research fund for the National Society for Children and Adults with Autism. Following Sage’s passing in 2012, his mother requested that mourners donate to Autism Speaks instead of sending flowers.

Sylvester Stallone welcomed his third child, Sophia Rose Stallone, on August 27, 1996. This is his first daughter and was born to his current wife, Jennifer Flavin. At the tender age of two months, Sophia underwent heart surgery, and she had to brave through it once again in 2012.

Sophia and her two younger sisters made history by sharing the title of Miss Golden Globe for the 2017 Golden Globes. Sophia graduated from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California in 2019.

Born on June 27, 1998, Sistine Stallone, the middle sister of the Stallone family, completed her education at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California in 2017.

Before her graduation, Sistine followed in the footsteps of her mother, a former model, and signed with IMG Models in 2016. She graced the runway for Chanel and graced the cover of Town & Country magazine. Subsequently, Sistine ventured into the world of acting and showcased her talent in notable films such as 2019’s 47 Meters Down: Uncaged. She also appeared in 2021’s Midnight in the Switchgrass, sharing the screen with Bruce Willis.

Stallone and Flavin had their youngest child, Scarlet Rose Stallone, on May 25, 2002. In 2021, Scarlet graduated from Campbell Hall High School in Studio City, California. She has developed an interest in acting and has appeared in the 2014 film Reach Me and the 2022 crime drama series Tulsa King alongside her father.
