The silver screen legend — of “Rocky” and “Rambo” fame — is in contract to purchase a property at 9 Hither Lane in East Hampton, the New York Post reported. The home was last listed for $25 million. If the home sells at its listing price, the deal would break down to $2,147 per square foot.

Stallone is looking to pay in all cash for the eight-bedroom abode. The home is not expected to be a primary residence for Stallone and his wife, but instead, for daughters Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet.

The new construction home — which spans more than 11,000 square feet — was fashioned by interior designer James Michael Howard. A curation of antiques, furnishings, finishes and art are on display in the turnkey home.

The home has a great room, eat-in chef’s kitchen, formal dining room, family room with a fireplace, mudroom, screening room and main bedroom suite. The upper and lower floors include more bedrooms, including a junior suite with a balcony.

The estate is located only a mile from the ocean. Amenities for the 1.1-acre estate include the typical Hamptons pool and pool house combination.

The “Tulsa King” committed to buying the home after two video tours; he never dropped in to personally check out the East Hampton estate.

Douglas Elliman’s Martha Gundersen and Paul Brennan had the listing.

Last year, Stallone sold his Hidden Hills home in California for $17 million to another celebrity, Creedence Clearwater Revival crooner John Fogerty. Stallone had bought the four-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in February 2022 for $18.1 million. Less than a year later, he listed the property for $22.5 million. Stallone ultimately took a $1 million loss.

Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, reside in Florida, where they bought a 10,500-square-foot mansion in Palm Beach for $35.4 million.
