The ‘Rocky’ star purchased the home in spring 2022, according to ‘Robb Report’

According to Robb Report, the Rocky actor, 77, and his wife Jennifer Flavin, 55, have officially sold their Martyn Lawrence Bullard-designed mansion in Hidden Hills, Calif. for $17.2 million. Stallone originally asked for $22.5 million when he first listed it in December, the outlet states.

The ranch-style home sits on 2 acres of land and is surrounded by lush greenery, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The property, which has a 10,500-square-foot main house and guest house, boasts four bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It also features a number of luxe amenities, including the pool, spa, cabana, four-stable barn, gym and movie theater.

The sale of Stallone’s Hidden Hills home comes nearly a year after he handed over his extensive Beverly Park mansion to Adele for a cool $58 million in 2022.

Spread out across 3.5 acres, the actor’s former 21,000-square-foot abode features eight bedrooms and nine full bathrooms, PEOPLE previously reported. Stallone and Flavin originally listed it for $110 million and later cut down the asking price to $85 million.

PEOPLE spoke to the real estate agent at the time, Jade Mills, who revealed it was Flavin who reached out for help with the impressive listing.

“I pick up the phone one day, and this voice says, ‘Jade, this is Jennifer.’ I was absolutely thrilled to hear from her,” Mills recalled. “I was just really in awe of her. Both of them are really larger-than-life people.”

Stallone and Flavin, who have been married since 1997, share three daughters together: Sophia, 27, Sistine, 25, and Scarlet, 21. Stallone also has two older sons, Sage and Seargeoh, from his first marriage to actress Sasha Czack.

In 2022, the actor and former model nearly called it quits on their marriage when Flavin filed for divorce citing “the dissolution of marriage and other relief” from Stallone in August.

At the time, a source told PEOPLE the two had “been unhappy for quite some time,” adding that the couple “had lots of issues for years and she just had enough.”

A month later, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple called off their divorce and “decided to let it ride again. They just decided to reverse course and try again.”
