If you were unable to watch the absolutely brilliant comedy of errors that is “Tulsa King” the first time around, do not fear. The hit-series starring Sylvester Stallone dropped on Paramount+ in 2023 and quickly became a fan favorite due to the absurd nature of the storytelling, and the superior work from the whole cast and Sheridan’s scripting.

CBS is now bringing the series to cable viewers everywhere, thanks in-part to the renewed success of “Yellowstone” reruns on the channel, according to The Hollywood Reporter. It’s reportedly unclear when the first season will drop, but it’ll likely be in the summer, right ahead of the second season’s release in the fall.

“The Sopranos” showrunner Terence Winter is returning to “Tulsa King” for the second season despite conflicts over the show’s direction with Sheridan, THR reported in another article.

The show follows Stallone’s former mobster character as he navigates being released from prison and being sent to Oklahoma to build his new life and empire. He teams up with legal pot dealers, barbacks, quirky locals and a whole host of other personalities to defend himself and his new life in the weirdest ways possible.
