The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Monday, March 20 – Amanda & Devon Face Off – Diane Catches Phyllis Snooping
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, March 20, tease that there’ll be some tense encounters in Genoa City. Before we get to all the drama, we have a quick programming note to pass along. Due to NCAA basketball tournament coverage, the show will be preempted on Thursday, March 16.
That’ll be followed by another preemption on Friday, March 17, but the action will resume with a brand-new episode on Monday, March 20. Y&R spoilers say Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will return to GC on a mission to help Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) win the lawsuit battle.
Of course, that means Amanda will have to face Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) for the first time since she left town. The sting of Devon’s betrayal will be fresh in Amanda’s mind, but she may assure Devon that she intends to keep things professional. Both Lily and Amanda will stand their ground against Devon, who may think revenge is more of a motivator than they’re letting on.
Devon won’t be pleased to see Amanda since he’ll know she’s going to come out swinging in court. Lily will also meet up with Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei), who may hold out hope that a more peaceful solution can be reached.
Although Daniel hates to see Lily and Devon feuding like this, Lily will insist her brother has left her no other choice. At Society, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will discuss the bicentennial gala and any news related to it as the final preparations come together.
Unfortunately, Nikki will have to deal with a Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) run-in at some point. Jeremy will no doubt put on a nice act, but Nikki will see right through the charade and wonder what he’s up to now. At the Abbott house, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will carry out the next crucial step of Jeremy’s plan.
It seems Phyllis will search for personal items she can use for the Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) frame job Jeremy’s apparently plotting. However, Diane will corner Phyllis and most likely catch her snooping. That could leave Diane suspicious and worried about how Phyllis’ actions might come back to bite her.
Will Phyllis find Diane’s engagement ring and steal it as part of this scheme? Time will tell, but you can bet Phyllis will stir up trouble no matter what! The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane will seek updates on Phyllis’ agenda, but her rival will do her best to outmaneuver her.
