“Tulsa King” Season 3 is continuing to build out its cast. Variety has learned exclusively that Bella Heathcote has joined the Paramount+ show as a series regular, while James Russo has been cast in a recurring role.
The pair join previously announced new cast members Robert Patrick and Beau Knapp, as well as returning cast members Sylvester Stallone, Martin Starr, Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, and Frank Grillo, with Garrett Hedlund and Dana Delany. It was previously announced that “Tulsa King” Season 3 is now in production.
Heathcote will play Cleo Montague, described as “a Tulsa native born and raised, and the daughter of a distillery owner.” Russo will play “Quiet” Ray Renzetti, said to be “one of the mob bosses in New York. He is calm and measured.”
Heathcote previously starred in the Netflix limited series “Pieces of Her” and also appeared in shows like “The Man in the High Castle” at Amazon and “Strange Angel” at CBS All Access (now Paramount+). In film, she has starred in features like “Relic,” “Fifty Shades Darker,” “Pride And Prejudice And Zombies,” “Neon Demon,” and “The Moogai.”

Russo has appeared in over 150 films to date, including “Horizon: An American Saga,” “Open Range,” “Donnie Brasco,” “Django Unchained,” and “Black Mass.” He has also been in TV shows such as “The Deuce,” “Chicago Fire,” and “Hawaii Five-O.”

“Tulsa King” hails from Paramount golden boy Taylor Sheridan, who is also an executive producer on the series. Stallone executive produces in addition to starring. Dave Erickson is an executive producer and showrunner. David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Braden Aftergood, Jim McKay, Sheri Elwood, Ildy Modrovich, and Keith Cox are also executive producer. The series is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios.
