All-title heavyweight bout to take place in Saudi Arabia on February 17

The boxing world has always been on the lookout for opportunities and now they appear to lie in Saudi Arabia. The fights staged there by Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk were just an appetizer for what’s to come. Now the Middle Eastern country is preparing for two dream nights.

On December 23 Anthony Joshua will face Otto Wallin and Deontay Wilder will take on Joseph Parker on the same night. But the big prize will take place on February 17: Fury and Usyk will face each other for all the heavyweight belts, a fight that was presented on Thursday and in which the Gypsy King didn’t hold back. And present to witness Fury’s antics was none other than Sylvester Stallone, who was introduced with the iconic theme song from the movie Rocky.

“When you sleep at night, ugly man [Usyk], you’ll be thinking about me for the next eight weeks, because I’ll punch you in the face,” the Gypsy King told his next opponent.

“This is for all the people who criticize me: suck my balls. I don’t care about anything you say. Do you know why? First, you’re not rich like me. Second, you are not handsome like me. Third, you’re not heavyweight champions of the world, guess who? Like me!”.

Fury chipped in with a few more comments: “When this fight couldn’t go through, it seemed like everyone was very happy because it wasn’t signed. Now they got what they wanted, let them enjoy it; this is like an anti-climax. People said it wouldn’t happen, that I was afraid, that I was running away. What has happened now? I’m about to make another £100 million.”
