From reality TV to the big screen, Clint Eastwood and Francis Fisher’s daughter, Francesca Eastwood, has carved out her own name in Hollywood.
Francesca, who grew up around movie sets, made her film debut when she was 2 years old. She starred alongside her mom in The Stars Fell on Henrietta, which was produced by her father. Francesca played Fisher’s youngest daughter in the movie, a convenience for Fisher, who was breastfeeding her at the time.
Clint, Fisher and Francesca teamed up again for the 1999 thriller True Crime, where Francesca — who was 6 at the time — played Clint’s daughter, while Fisher took on the role of a district attorney.
Francesca stayed out of the spotlight after True Crime and didn’t star in any other roles until after she graduated high school, when she became serious about pursuing an acting career. Fisher revealed that she and Clint didn’t have any reservations about their daughter following in their footsteps.
“You know, if that’s what her passion is, and that’s what she wants to do, how can I say, ‘Don’t?’ ” Fisher told AARP. “I’ve always tried to show her the pitfalls of the acting field. She’s seen the fabulous side of it and she’s seen the struggling side of it because she’s seen what I’ve gone through.”

She is Clint’s seventh child
Fisher and Clint welcomed Francesca Ruth Eastwood on Aug. 7, 1993, in Redding, California. She became the actor’s seventh child and Fisher’s first.
“I always wanted to have kids,” the Titanic actress previously told the Los Angeles Times.
Fisher and Clint were together from 1989 to 1995, but remained on good terms after separating.
“I believe when you have loved someone, if you don’t destroy it with pettiness, then the love is always there,” Fisher told SFGate in 2004.
She grew up riding horses competitively
Francesca, whose father owns a 20-acre ranch in Carmel, California, grew up riding horses. “I also rode horses in competitions,” she once told Us Weekly.
Much like Clint — who has starred in or directed over a dozen Western films — Francesca put her equestrian talent to use on the big screen. While starring in the 2016 Western Outlaws and Angels, Francesca, who played the role of Florence Tildon, got to show off her riding skills.
“It’s all me. No stunt person. So that was cool. I love doing stunts myself whenever I can,” she told ComingSoon.
She was named Miss Golden Globe 2013
A decade ago, Francesca was bestowed the title of Miss Golden Globe 2013 by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which saw her responsible for handing out the accolades during the ceremony. The role is steeped in tradition, with children of an actor or actors holding the title.
“I’m very excited and honored to be part of Hollywood history and to follow in the footsteps of so many amazing [girls],” Francesca told E! News prior to the show. “Everybody keeps asking me if I’m nervous — and now I feel like I should be! Maybe for falling over on stage I’m nervous about!”
She rose to fame starring on reality TV
Francesca starred in the reality TV series Mrs. Eastwood & Company, which premiered on E! in 2012. The show gave viewers an inside look at the lives of Francesca, her then-stepmother, Dina Eastwood, and her half-sister, Morgan Eastwood.
There was no shortage of drama on the series, including when Francesca and her then-boyfriend, photographer Tyler Shields, burned a $100,000 Birkin bag for one of his photo shoots during an episode.
“It was surprising to me when it got twisted into, like, me being spoiled and burning $100,000,” Francesca told the New York Post. “It was a prop for a shoot. It’s the same thing as in a movie when they blow up a car. The intention was to be thought-provoking, and it was thought-provoking. But I guess it was also hate-provoking.”
While the series put Francesca more in the limelight, she didn’t find the work fulfilling.
“Shooting it, we had fun. But once it came out, I found out very quickly it wasn’t what I wanted. It’s kind of odd to me being famous when you haven’t done anything. You just sat in front of a camera and had a somewhat real lunch conversation. I didn’t feel satisfied.”
She’s an actress
After leaving the University of Southern California where she was studying business, Francesca followed her passion and pursued a career as an actress. She landed several roles in films, including Old, The Vault, Clawfoot, Queen of the Ring, Final Girl and Jersey Boys, which was directed by her father.
“It was more nerve-racking than a normal acting job since the director was also my dad, so it was extra pressure,” she told Refinery29 about joining the musical cast.
Francesca also revealed that she was initially nervous to pursue the same career as her parents. “It was very intimidating for me to really commit to a profession that I think my parents have done very well in,” she told Vanity Fair.
Francesca — who has two built-in mentors — heeds her parents’ advice.
“‘What would my parents do?’ is something I always ask myself,” she told the magazine. “‘What would my mom say to me right now? What would my dad say?’ The best advice that my dad has given me in life, and it applies to film, too, is to watch and to listen.”
She has seven half-siblings
Not only did Francesca star on Mrs. Eastwood and Company alongside her stepmom and half-sister Morgan, but she has also been seen over the years supporting her other six half-siblings which include sisters Laurie, Kimber, Alison and Kathryn, in addition to her two half-brothers, Kyle and Scott.
Francesca and her siblings have come together on several occasions to walk red carpets and attend movie premieres, and they have also been known to attend the Eastwood Ranch Foundation’s Art for Animals fundraiser — hosted by Alison — which works to rescue, protect and find forever homes for animals.
She’s a champion for environmental conservation
Francesca, who calls herself “very green,” has been a longtime environmental advocate. “I recycle, I recycle all the time,” she told E! News while attending the 2013 Environmental Media Awards. “Very avid recycler, always encourage it.”
In addition to recycling, she also shared that part of her childhood routine included conserving water, thanks in part to her “conservative” parents. Her father has been outspoken about protecting the environment, even narrating the 2022 documentary Why on Earth, which explores the vital connection between humans, animals and the planet.
In the documentary, Clint encourages humans to live a more sustainable lifestyle, especially when it comes to diet.
“I’m an animal person,” he says in the film’s trailer. “I appreciate the beauty of them. I just would like to see everything live.”
She has a son
Francesca became a mom in 2018 when she welcomed her son, Titan, with her then-boyfriend, Alexander Wraith. He became the fifth grandchild for Clint and the first for Fisher.
Francesca publicly revealed she was pregnant with her first child while presenting an award onstage with her mom at the 2018 Environmental Media Association Awards.
“I’m going to be adding to the family this summer with my own baby and we’re so excited,” she said while cradling her baby bump.
