Each episode of Yellowstone leaves fans wanting to see more of the beloved Dutton family, but the long, long wait for part 2 of season 5 is making people antsy on a whole new level as we saw just recently.
As earlier episodes of Yellowstone have been airing on primetime television since September 17, the show’s social media account will promote the episode on Instagram as a way to remind people to tune in.
Recently, the show posted an Instagram clip featuring Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly), her brother Kayce (Luke Grimes) and their father John (Kevin Costner) to tell people that “The Remembering” (season 1, episode 6) would be on CBS that night.

Well, while fans love seeing the Duttons in the inaugural season of Yellowstone, the snippet had them wondering about future installments. Mainly, many went to the comments to voice their frustration about not getting clear answers about part 2.
“All of us waiting for Part 2,” one person wrote on Instagram. “How about Season 5 part 2 episode 1 … that would be great!” another requested. “I am going to watch it tonight, but I sure wish you were going to put part two of Season 5 out there [it’s] been a long time,” a different follower inquired.
Sadly, there may be no answer to when we’ll get new episodes until SAG-AFTRA and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) come to a resolution.
Despite the wait time, at least we have some information about what the cast is up to at the moment. Luke is about to release a country music EP titled Pain Pills or Pews on October 20, while Cole Hauser launched his Free Rein coffee company on October 11.
So at least we’ve been getting a little dose of our favorite stars.
